The Hamilton Campus in Ontario, Canada and the Sierra Leone Campus work together as part of Shiloh College’s international training network. These campuses focus on Church Ministerial Studies, Christian leadership, ministry formation, and practical service.
Led by husband and wife ministry leaders, Dr. Cassandra Puhindei and Dr. Julius Puhindei, the campuses are committed to equipping pastors, ministers, church workers, youth leaders, and emerging Christian leaders for faithful and effective service.

Dr. Cassandra Puhindei
Campus Director
Dr. Cassandra Puhindei, affectionately known as Apostle Kim or PK, is a highly experienced ministry leader, teacher, organizer, and mentor. She brings years of leadership, youth ministry, pastoral service, and community care experience to Shiloh College.

Dr. Julius Puhindei
Campus Leader
Dr. Julius Puhindei serves alongside Dr. Cassandra Puhinde in advancing ministry training, leadership development, and church-based education through the Hamilton and Sierra Leone Campuses.
About Dr. Cassandra Puhindei
Dr. Cassandra Puhindei began her ministry journey as a Sunday school teacher with only two children. Through her passion and dedication, the department grew significantly, and within five years she had more than 40 children under her care.
Recognizing her leadership ability, she was appointed Superintendent of the Sunday School Department, where she developed children’s camps, fun days, and ministry curriculum for young learners.
Her love for young people later expanded into regional youth leadership. She served as National Youth Leader of RCCG Canadian Western Region and established the “Genesis” youth group in Hamilton, Ontario.

Dr. Cassandra Puhindei has pursued formal ministry and academic preparation to strengthen her leadership and service. Her studies include Christian Ministry, Apostolic Counseling, Gospel Ministry Ordination, Christian Counseling, and Biblical Studies.
