Program Purpose
Target Students: Coaches, athletes, chaplains, youth leaders, and Christian ministers called to serve in sports and athletic environments.
Program Objectives
Graduates of this program will be equipped to:
- Provide Christ-centered chaplaincy to athletes and sports teams.
- Understand the spiritual, emotional, and ethical needs within sports culture.
- Serve effectively in schools, colleges, leagues, or professional athletic organizations.
- Integrate faith, counseling, and sports psychology in pastoral support.
Graduation Requirements
- Successful completion of all 10 courses (30 credits)
- Minimum grade of C (or 2.0 GPA) in each course
- Completion of supervised practicum and reflection paper
