Under the leadership of Bishop Dr. Leolene W. Harris, the campus serves as a Shiloh College learning community committed to Christian education, ministry training, spiritual development, and leadership formation.

A Ministry of Leadership, Education & Service
Bishop Dr. Leolene W. Harris is an ordained Minister of the Gospel, licensed marriage officiant in Ontario, preacher, teacher, counselor, and international ministry leader.
She serves as President of Harris Providence Youth Outreach Association and has ministered across Asia, South America, Jamaica, St. Lucia, and North America.
Through her commitment to youth development, family strengthening, Christian education, and community transformation, she continues to invest in the development of leaders and the proclamation of the Gospel of Jesus Christ.
The campus reflects a ministry vision that connects Christian education with practical service, leadership development, youth engagement, counseling, and community outreach.
