Processing Time:
Most payment confirmations are reviewed within 1–3 business days.

Once your payment has been verified:

  • Your student account will be updated.
  • Your tuition balance will be adjusted.
  • You may receive an email confirmation from the Registrar's Office.
  • Your academic records will remain in good standing.

Important Reminder

Please retain your payment receipt, transaction reference number, PayPal confirmation, or bank transfer receipt until your payment has been fully processed by Shiloh College.

Additional information may be requested if we are unable to match your payment with your student account.
