Under the visionary leadership of Bishop Dr. Leolene W. Harris, our campus is a proud branch of Shiloh College, dedicated to maintaining the highest standards of academic excellence in ministry.
Bishop Dr. Leolene W. Harris is an ordained Minister of the Word, a licensed marriage officiant in Ontario, and an inspiring preacher, teacher, and counselor. With a heart for global ministry, she serves as the President of Harris Providence Youth Outreach Association, traveling internationally to Asia, South America, Jamaica, and St. Lucia to spread the Gospel and empower youth.
Bishop Dr. Harris holds a Bachelor and Master Degree in Christian Education, a Doctor of Divinity, and a Pastoral Counseling Certificate from Victory Bible College International and World Christian-ship Ministries. She also possesses a Diploma from the Bible Way Institute of Christian Counseling and Theological Studies of Ontario and Discovery Bible College.
In addition to her role as Campus Director, she is also the Head of Faculty at Shiloh College, Assistant International Administrator with Canadian College of Evangelical Bishops and serves as a Bishop at Living Hope Family Church.
