All prospective full-time and part-time students are required to submit the following:
  1. A completed application form along with an application fee of USD$50.00 non-refundable and is not applied to the tuition amount.
  2. An official transcript from each school attended since high school graduation must be submitted to the Registrar if requesting advanced credit for a Degree program.
  3. Two photographs of the applicant attached to the application form.
  4. Two personal references given to the Registrar, one from a pastor and the other from a responsible person other than a relative.
  5. A brief summary of your personal testimony.

The Admissions Committee will review the applicant’s file once all the necessary materials have been submitted. If the applicant is accepted, a letter of acceptance will follow.

Transferring credits
  1. Obtain a copy of transcripts from previous academic institutions
  2. Submit the transcripts through the local Dean to SBIS Headquarters for evaluation
  3. Shiloh College notifies the local Dean of the number of credits accepted for transfer
  4. The transfer credits are added to the student’s transcripts
  5. Applying for advanced standing
  6. Write a cover letter asking for advanced standing
  7. Obtain any copies of transcripts from previous academic institutions
  8. Prepare a detailed resume of all experience that relates to your major—include:
    1. Secular and ministerial jobs
    2. Seminars and classes
    3. Training
    4. Other work or volunteer experience
Submit the above through the local Dean to SBIS Headquarters for evaluation
  • Shiloh College notifies the local Dean of the number of credits accepted for advanced standing
  • The credits are added to the student’s transcripts
Foreign Students:

  5. A photocopy of your passport and student authorization.
An applicant without any student authorization can register as a full-time student for one year and pay the tuition fee for the year. The School will issue a letter of acceptance and a receipt. It is the responsibility of the student to apply a student visa.
